Kinder Bueno Cake (20 × 20 cm)

A no-bake Kinder Bueno cake made with layers of milk-dipped ladyfingers, a fluffy mascarpone whipped-cream filling packed with chopped Bueno bars, and swirls of Nutella between each layer—finished with a creamy topping and extra chocolate-hazelnut goodness. Perfect for an easy, sliceable dessert after a short chill.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 200 ml milk
Filling
  • 250 ml heavy/whipping cream cold
  • 250 g mascarpone cold
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 5 Kinder Bueno bars chopped
Between layers
  • Nutella slightly melted (as needed)
Topping
  • 150 ml heavy/whipping cream cold
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese cold
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar briefly until smooth. Add 250 ml heavy cream and whip until firm. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno. Divide filling into two.
  2. Dip ladyfingers quickly in milk and layer in a 20 × 20 cm pan. Spread half the filling on top. Dot with melted Nutella.
  3. Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers. Spread remaining filling. Dot with Nutella again.
  4. Whip 150 ml heavy cream with cream cheese and 1 tbsp powdered sugar until pipeable. Pipe on top and decorate with Bueno pieces and/or Nutella if you want.
  5. Refrigerate 2–3 hours before slicing and serving.
