How it all started
I grew up in a warm, busy home with my mom, dad, and older brother. Since everyone worked, I learned to cook from a young age — someone had to get lunch ready before they came home from their shifts, and I actually loved being that person. What started as a responsibility quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed.
My very first “specialty” was making pancakes as a little kid — flipping them, stacking them, and feeling proud when everyone enjoyed them. That tiny spark grew into a real passion. Over the years, I fell in love with creating all kinds of dishes, but desserts completely stole my heart.
